The "zig-Zag"...we call Alternating nodes..it meens the plant has reached maturity and will show sex...I dont remember if these are Feminized or regular?...Looking good

They will still show ..."Pre-flowers" when sexually mature...Let it grow another week and get up some more Micro shots of the nodes sites...thats where we see a Hair(female) Ball(male)....

Man this is so exciting huh?...I remember when I started and couldn't get enough of them...Run to the shed every morning thinking something changed..and before I realized it was Noon and I was still Naked..What is it about this Plant?...Passion brother...passion....are you looking at stuff and asking self..."How can I use that in my grow"...lol...or better yet..."I bet I can grow in that"...lol..Ive been there and still like to think of the possibility's..

I like to use a High power mag glass to look for sex...on the plant silly.......I took the one outta a magnagector works well for me

I thought they would stay totally neutral in veg light, indefinitely.



OK I'm off the map now...

so they "pick" a sex while still in veg but they won't really start producing "flowers" till 12/12 ?
I'm lost I guess.

No your on the right track...They wont flower under 18/6 ( Unless Auto ) but will show Sex..and sometimes the male will pop a pre load...I have even seen in veg area a female preflower..( 1 hair )...And that form a seed....All it takes is one pistil(hair) and one grain pollen to make a seed...is why most will Pull the males as soon as they show as to not take the chance....Sure Hope its a Female brother

I've taken micro shot pictures focused through a magnifying glass before... you show me where to shoot and we'll have "electron microscope close-ups" to look @ and judge

I can almost see what I think is a Ball in that zig zag pic....I click it and than click again makes real large but a bit distorted

plane of focus is a beach to get right on these shots especially while standing and holding (moving)

doing a little S&M (supercropping, pinching) training on #2

practice a little 1st aid too (this is not necessarily supposed to live... unless I can kill off a male before it dies.)

ideally, when the branch leans over, you should have pinched and crushed and weakened the stem so it does NOT split ??
3 of 4 of these split open







looks like duct tape but... really??

aluminum foil; a loose and easily removed but supportive cast






best way to describe the feeling of the "crunch" is like chewing water chestnuts


the bondage experiment is working nicely to say the least
