26" ceiling with cookies kush

First cab grow, first soil grow, first scrog grow. Living the dream.
Fox farm ocean forest with t5 using only batanicare pure blend tea.
Cab is 26" tall 19" deep 26" wide.

When should I flip?

I think I would raise the screan a few inches...pull everything down under there . Im curious whatyou use for "Intake" I dont see anything

Maybe chop bottoms off those pots and gain a couple inches there ....
