Texas is talking allot about loosening up MJ Laws,,but it doesnt mean a damn thing. PPL are always talking,,but as long as the Religious nut cases are running Texas,,NOTHING IS GONNA CHANGE.
Hell the only thing loose her are Cops and Gun Laws.

Unless your state allows and respects voter initiatives it's gonna' be a while. Gov. Brown of California is not supporting legal/recreational marijuana, though that might have something to do with running for re-election.

Here in MN, we have the legislative votes for MMJ, but the Gov. wont sign it 'till LEO's on board. The cops have already said they're opposed to any loosening of the laws because it would reduce their budgets.

I always comes down to a dollar doesn't it??? If you ask them, they swear its about anything but a dollar. Here in North Carolina, you can grow and smoke tobacco, drink yourself to death, or get the doctors to prescribe narcotics until you are hopelessly addicted but heaven forbid you light a joint to help your joints.
