Ozzy what are you nuts? Way to cold here to be walking along the river. I have no need to walk to the river, it is right outside:) One thing that would be nice is if the river would freeze solid. Now as it is you could ice skate to town. The river is smooth as glass right now, but only has a thin layer of ice.

My morning favorites are coffee with Irish Cream or a nice latte with a big bud of Satori.

It is cold here, -2. Fortunately, most of the folks up here are prepared for winter and I really get very few frozen pipe calls in the winter (and they don't leak when they are frozen, it has to get warm enough to thaw before a split pipe becomes a leak). Ozzy, glad you were working inside, except pedestal lavs can be a real PITA. I have a couple pairs of neoprene chest waders that I wear for crawling in cold muddy water--something I got to do Fri. Turned out to not be a plumbing problem. Torrential rains we had before the cold hit put about 4-6 inches of water in one section of the crawl space. So, I pumped it out, it didn't refill, an inspection of the pipes revealed they were in good shape, installing a sump pump in the spring. I shed my waders and was clean and dry--they are invaluable (and washable).

I am probably going to be somewhat decedent today. One of my friends cut me a fresh Christmas tree and I got that up and mostly decorated. I have a little Christmas village that I put up on a shelf over the picture window in the living room that needs to be done. And I am working on a couple of crochet and sewing projects. I love making things for Christmas.

My Wife loves Xmas to THG. Cause im the jerk that puts up all the freaken lights. You dang women and lights,,,yur killen me. Just kidden,,I love Xmas,,its about Family and Fun for me and thw Wife,,nothing to do with the Big J for us,,but to each his own.
