hello everyone....just finished my first ever smoke house. cant wait to play with this one...

Season the house and you will get better quality smoked goods the way I've been taught to use smoke houses. Hot smoke it 12 hrs then cold smoke 24 hrs. It seals all surfaces in the smokehouse left just the smoke get the the meats being smoked. Got deer close? if so break it in right

No Deer yet ..I do have lots Salmon...oysters..But plan to play with chicken,turkey.and Ham

its sealed pretty good and will add some Dampers. and gather more Woods

That's so cool, I've never heard of a smoke house though we do use our regular smoker a lot. Love brisket but it can be expensive so do mostly pork shoulders. damn..I'm hungry now.

Gonna make some more Jerky next weekend...Folks in the neighborhood really like it....I told them it was my Ouhouse so I can stay outside more
