I have 3 of these doing well....I topped one and think this would be the way to grow these...a few more weeks and into Bloom they go. My Buddy Rayjay hasa couple in flower now for 2 weeks and says they budding nice. I will visit him soon and take some pics..I must say the stalks are very strong and Purple. until next time

What is the voltage of the power brick you're using? My silver wires wear evenly along the length. Yours look to wear out more where the wire and surface of the water meet and I'm trying to understand why. My research when I started making fem seed mentioned that lower voltages produce finer bits of particles that float in suspension more readily and will achieve a higher ppm. I've never tested that but I try to stay 9 v max. I've gone as high as 12 v when my 9 v brick burnt out but I don't remember how long it took to achieve the target ppm in comparison.
I spray the solution once a day in the morning and just enough distilled water to dampen, (not enough to cause water to drip), every other evening for 2 weeks. I then spray occasionally, every 2-3 days for the next 2 weeks in the morning and with plain water later that day or the next morning. All during that time I watch for stress and back off on the application a bit. The second two week application is just to maintain the silver level in the plant so you don't get male and female flowers at the same time from the newer growth during the first couple weeks in flower.
@Niteshft ...Thanks for the reply and all the help on this. I did use a 16v power pack and then you mentioned on another site about the lower voltage making finer silver and found a 9v power pack. the wires on the the wires I used for these Purple Arrow seem to wear down evenly.. My next try I will see if they do it as well...Have you tried a smaller power pack? like 6v ? Im stoked on these so far...lots better than the Auto I worked on

My 3 plants are needing their first feeding and plan to start flowering this weekend. I will also take a few clips from each one this weekend. I love the purple stalks and the purple hue under the leafs. the stalks are hard which I like for the heavy weight they about to hold
...need to spray them with green cure today as I know they are proned to Powder mold. Until next time
