I was diagnosed with Diabetes 5 years ago. I weighed 312 lbs. I made some minimal diet changes and started exercising. I'm now down to 200lbs and the diabetes is in remission.

Heading out for my morning walk. Got some new noise cancelling earbuds. The earbuds make my music sound better, only wish they could make the walk seem shorter. 5 miles don't seem like much 'till you're actually walking it.

Looking at another hot humid day around here.
