Could this be a Hermie?

]]I'm sending a pic of what I thought was a female plant but now have some reservations.
This was a free seed from Herbies that I forced into flowering at 3 weeks so I could see if it was male or female.
I never saw all those little balls around the base of a bud before??? Need to get it back into the flower room or out the door.
Any thoughts???

while the sac's look very calyx-like, that's deff a male. i'm not 100% sure b/c im just rattling this off the top of my head(i'm sure someone can confirm this for me). but...

while male's can produce multiple pollen sac's as pre flower's(at internodes) barring some kind of genetic mutation, females are only capable of producing 1 calyx, and 1 set of pistils(at the internodes).

so if you ever see more then 1 unidentifiable pre flower at a given internode. then you can conclude it's going to be male because female's can't produce multiple calyx's at said internode.
