Blast tube

Does anyone have any reccommendations on a good tube to purchase? I don't want to buy some bs tube that breaks or causes blowouts. I'd like to be able to hold 1-2 oz.

I just use a $10 stainless steel turkey baster I ordered online. They have them at bed bath and beyond also. I forget how much weight fits inside it, but for me, for personal use it works. Usually do 2 or 3 runs at a time when I get it all set up. Usually pull anywhere from 1.5 grams to 3 grams per run depending on what i put in it. Just straight trim, or nugs also.

that's a good size because you a/b be able to use 1 can of butane per glass tube---far as blow outs go---the heavier the glass the better---i would go to a head shop to buy it---other thing you want to check is the blasting hole to be sure you don't need an attachment to fit the hole---that is just a pia to mess with---you looking for a hole that takes the can directly---be safe

ive read about using them, but never tried. I would like to be able to hold 2 oz of trim in one tube, but will settle for 1oz. Just a pita to have to empty and refill and blast in the same pan before the 1st round cooks down.

what about reccommending a vaccuum pump ? I used to have a 5 cfm 1 stage but I see there is all kinds of different ones to choose from.

I use a 3cfm pump sold as a kit from Vape Tools. Has all the things you need.

the flat 1.6 gal is a nice chamber---i would also recommend the 9 cfm 2 stage vacuum pump---more the merrier on pressure---the universal lid is also good in case you decide to use a different chamber---and don't forget to get a hot plate on very low---this will speed up the purge---also very important---when releasing the pressure from the chamber when it's loaded---do so very SLOWLY or you splatter all the oil inside the chamber---looking forward to your concentrate extract adventure

Its a long way to town and ups only delivers to the gate. If i dont do it it doesnt get done
