happy belated b day 4U---lmao with the getting old/medical issues---prostate cancer for me---gf sprained the left ankle and broke her knee cap in 4 places on the right---sucks being on the IR---but sure giving us time to re-think the lifestyle---be well---make the best of it cause if it ain't 1 thang---it's gonna be 4 more!
