I'm needing to place an order. And I haven't in some time. What's a good seed bank in the states that will ship to any state? And any international suppliers would do as well. My old source is no longer around sadly. Thanks

I had heard of Oregon seeds. Wasn't sure if the would ship to non legal states

I know that oregoneliteseeds was trying to setup CC. I was their first test subject. I normally send cash in a tracked letter. Never an issue.
