Just thought I'd post my new boat my brother made and I traded mine for it. I had a one person boat he had made before and really wanted it back because this one was more work for him and he likes to fish alone unlike myself...I talk to myself too, much as it is. LOL

This one is pretty much a 2 man boat because I fly fish but it will carry more people if needed. If you look close, you can see the stern is detachable so you can use it in a pond or lake with a motor. With the attachment, you can float the rivers with rapids and fish them like the Guides do!

That is frigging cool....

It's been off and on, 4u. The resident Eagle on the other hand has been doing very well for himself. I had a fish on and was reaching back with my fly rod to guide the fish to the net when all of a sudden the Eagle had the fish in it's claws and took off. Talk about a rush!

Nope, no youngins just the big ass thief, lol. I was out on the boat this morning with someone I met there last year and the Eagle came down to snatch his catch but I jumped up soon enough to distract him. It was a close call though, he was just a couple of feet from being able to snatch it up. I don't know who was more surprised, the Eagle or the friend, when I let out a yell. LOL I'm in town to see my cardiologist in the mornin and heading right back up...it's hot as hell here.
